Requesting the ability to crop images inserted or pasted into the ticket description

We would like the ability to crop images inserted or pasted into the ticket description. We do this all the time and currently we need to open paint, paste the image there, crop it, save it, then insert it into the FreshDesk ticket. A croping feature built into FreshDesk would save so much time :) It would be very helpful if it were available for forum posts as well.
