So, the current launcher box for the help widget has a fixed size of 40px x 156px.
In our platform, we are using the widget as a simple question mark (?), indicating that the icon is for support.
Now, since the launcher box has a fixed size, the transparent area that we are not using is still occupying space, and it overlaps with critical buttons in our portal, preventing them to be pressed and causing our customers to complain.
We know that there is the chance to hide the widget and invoke it from a custom button. However, this custom button involves development that our team cannot take in at this moment, and it would be nice to have a customizable option, to resize the launcher box if needed.
