We wish to preclude customers from Solutions who are not current on their software maintenance plan. Currently, we can do this by entering all the customers who are on maintenance in each folder in the Solutions. It will be more efficient if we only enter the exceptions, i.e., those off maintenance. And if we could also enter this at solutions and/or category levels and have it roll down to folders.
We have several categories, with several folders under each. It will be quite tedious to set, an more importantly maintain, Visibility at the folder level
