Restrict 'Activation Email' Option for Agents with View-Only Contact Access

Hi,

 

When agents are given view-only access to contact information, they cannot update End-User details—which is expected. However, they are still able to send activation emails to contacts. We'd like to request a review of this behavior to ensure it aligns with the intended access restrictions.
