Hi Fresh community!
I wanted to suggest a feature addition to FreshService, because we’d really like to see something like this and I’m sure others would too.
Currently the system only allows one to limit what Solution Categories are seen in a specific Requester/Support Portal, and so Agents/Requesters logging into the MSP portal can see ALL solution categories.
If they don’t have access to the folders inside, then it’s empty, but they still see the category.
It’d be great if we could restrict Solution Categories in the MSP portal also, for requesters & agents alike.
