Are there plans to improve the integration with RingCentral? The current integration isn't a great solution and requires a technical person to actually do the integration. We should have to install and use a cURL Command Line to integrate applications, especially since this has to be done for every FreshDesk user.

RingCentral Integration with FreshDesk
Zendesk and Ringcentral integration is a proper easy cloud integration. I spoke to ringcentral as well asking why its not the same with freshdesk. They said freshdesk has limitations which doesnt allow them to integrate as good as zendesk allows.
