One of the things that I started looking at was a way to dashboard into a centralized location. We have a single spot that aggregates data and details (currently Confluence by Atlassian) and one of the options is to import RSS feeds. It would be really cool if we could pull Helpdesk at a glance data automatically via RSS or some similar methodology.
