Right now you look up company based on exact account name in SalesForce, and the user by the contact e-mail in SalesForce (having to match the e-mail in FreshDesk).
I'd like the ability to be able to specify different email and text fields to match inside SalesForce. Some of the companies we work with have multiple names or people have multiple e-mails. We track these in secondary fields. It would be wonderful to be able to do the Freshdesk<>SalesForce lookup against these fields.
