Hi All,

I'd like to ask whether is possible to integrate the freshdesk support tickets with SAP B1 backend system?

Any ideas?

This integration is not available yet. We do cover a host of products in the CRM space such as Salesforce, ZOHO, SugarCRM, etc

SAP B1 is in our backlog and will be taken up at a later point in time.

Any update on this? I need to sign up for 12 seats, but integration to B1 is essential.

Hi Alan,


Unfortunately SAP B1 integration has not progressed the way we have been able to work with other CRM releases such as Infusionsoft. We have has discussions with partners if they can build a connector for us but an active roadmap integration has not started yet.


If cost is not a precondition then a few of our integration providers may be willing to take this up as a contracted project. Do let us know if that works and we'd be happy to make an introduction.

The integration is not there yet. Can you please send me a detailed use case to rajiv@freshdesk.com and i will try and figure out if any of our partners can build it for a cost. I can let them discuss with you about timelines etc. Need detailed requirements.

Hi Rajiv, 


We are currently evaluating Freshdesk vs Zendesk and your partner in Spain, Nextret, tells us we cannot import customer data from SAP, even if we do it ourselves via csv files. Is that true, or Freshdesk does allow CSV imports? If that information is wrong, can you recommend us a reliable local partner?

Hi everybody,


unfortunately, SAP does not seem to have many integration solutions. I am currently working on a data exchange between Freshdesk and SAP ERP. Eventually, the solution can also be mapped to SAP B1. But there is still a lot of work for me, although I already worked as an interface developer. Interfaces are never done fast.
