'Save as Draft' function for posting articles, FAQ's, etc.
Hi Colby
You can have a DRAFT mode for your Solution articles. Once you're creating a solution article, you may notice there 2 status for
solutions - Draft & Published. Draft will not be shown to USERS. Only Agents can view/edit the articles and then move it to Published state.

It would be great to have this feature in the Forums section as well. We frequently use this for new announcements, and it would be nice to be able to save as a draft.
