When linking a document to a service item. Can there be an option alongside “Generate and Send/custom email” that is just “Save to private note”? This then just saves the generated document as a private note.
We have a few items where the details entered are then filled into a form and sent to a supplier. We don’t want/need to the requester to see this but Fresh only allows generate and send to requester.
I believe a janky solution can be accomplished in the workflow automator using the api to change the requester temporarily but just a button to save to private would be a much easier solution.
