Schedule ticket export

it would be good if you could schedule ticket exports similar to how you can the build in reports. We pull our our data via the export to CSV functionality as a number of fields e.g. resolution status are not accessible using a custom API.

You'd now be able to schedule the ticket properties export to your email in csv format or link your BI tool to an API endpoint for the file data. Read more about this feature here.
