Schedule ticket on specific weekday of a month

We have planned Maintenace windows and tickets that need to be generated every 3rd Wednesday of the month. As the FreshService options are now, we only have the ability to select the day number in the month the item should be generated and that limitation means sometimes the maintenance windows or ticket gets generated random business days, including weekends.
