Dear Freshbook,

 

First, thank you for a great ticket system!  I have a feature request, please.

 

Would you please consider creating Scheduled Replies?  For example, I can compose replies at night and schedule them to send during normal business hours?

 

I do not want the client to know I am working at night. I prefer them to receive my reply in the morning at a time I set.

Are scheduled replies on the roadmap at all? coming from outlook we really miss this feature.

We could really benefit from this. Is there a way to schedule things using a 3rd party app like Zapier?

Pls advise when the Scheduled Response feature will be released - it seems to be a popular request since quite a few years ago. It would really help as eve's are great to catch up on work - but unprofessional time to send emails.  Pls advise?

Are you working on this feature?

it is extremely usefull when you have a highly demanding client (if he gets everything right away, it could be a problem when a busy day comes and you can’t promptly send the output and he needs to wait few hours instead: this could upset him).
