1) Scheduled reporting be enabled for tickets submitted day on day which can run automatically through a back-end scheduled job.

2) Access to overdue tickets from the past (At the moment only report accessible is the consolidated SLA percentage for a specific period of time however one cannot view or export only those ticket which have gone overdue as per the SLA).

3) Ability to link all tickets created data and time sheet while sending out final reports to clients on daily basis (At the moment one has to export all tickets data first to show how many tickets submitted and then have to export time sheet separately to show how much time/ effort was put in per day)

Hey Nissar,

Thank you for writing to us.

1) We are thinking over Scheduled Reporting and will update you once we take it up.

2) As of now to accomplish you can try a workaround where you can export the tickets and filter by Due by time and Resolution Time and figure out the tickets that have gone overdue as per the SLA

3) I have passed this information to our Product Management team and we will see what we can do about it.

Please keep writing to us.

Thanks,

Annapoorna

Hello,

With the revamped reports, you'd be able to schedule and send reports directly to your inbox. Please refer to this self-article to know more about the feature.

Cheers!
