It would be really useful for us to have a way of automatically sending out a report to our clients of what services they have used this month.


So could you make it possible to filter and set up various scheduled reports?

You could filter any of the report data and then schedule it to be sent to any of the contacts in your helpdesk. Here's a self-help article that would help you in achieving this : Scheduling reports
