Hello,


We really love Screensteps as a documentation and support tool in our company and noticed that it integrates with zendesk.


Having trialed both zendesk and freshdesk I must say that we prefer freshdesk. 


We would therefore like to see it integrated  with Freshdesk as well.


Do you have plans to integrate with Zendesk and if so what is your ETA?

I think the question is supposed to be "Do you have plans to integrate with SCREENSTEPS and if so what is your ETA?" I also have the same question with the exact same rationale.

A great big vote on this from me too. In fact, if you click "Solutions" in our helpdesk you get redirected to our Screensteps site instead. Why? It's much, much easier to develop documentation in Screensteps than Freshdesk and non-agents can contribute content. My dream: Would be so awesome if when someone types a question it could suggest Screensteps results instead of Solutions. I know the developers of Screensteps personally and would be happy to make an introduction if you like.

Absolutely - it would be amazing!


I am fairly sure Screensteps has a large user base and if the two of you would integrate with each other, you could both significantly increase the number of users you both have.
