It would be great to have the ability to scroll down between the ticket field vs the email conversation. 



This feature is from Zendesk - and it would be great to have this in FreshDesk as well.

I would like to have this feature too.
When the ticket gets long we have to scroll up and down the page just to check or modify the ticket properties.

Hello,


On the new MINT interface, the properties section and the conversations behave as two different components on the screen. This means they are totally scroll independent.
