Currently when viewing any tickets the app is frozen at the ticket informaton:
Ideally this would freeze higher so that the dashboard, tickets, customers, search, etc. appears at the top.
We consistently find ourselves scrolling and jumping around. We understand that clicking on the pencil option brings us to the top of the page, but this adds an extra click and isn't as beneficial. If the page froze at this other level this would greatly decrease our time.
