Hi,
The idea is that when using global search, the messages marked as spam also appear in the search results, via some kind of check next to the input search or automatically considering it if the spam option is marked in the top left filter menu or global configuration or what you consider better of course (just some ideas).
The operations team for the company I work to, would be very grateful, specially the new ones that join the company or the ones that return from holiday and have to catch up.
