The basic feature of searching the database of tickets by number or keyword is missing from FreshDesk!? I saw a similar request 3 years ago, but no resolution has appeared. Ideas on this topic?

What do you mean? It’s possible to search for ticket number or keywords in Freshdesk.
For ticket number to work you need to enable “Ticket properties” in the Search preferences:
