When conducting a search or creating a ticket list view, the search function only allows you to do an AND search rather than OR or NOT or to group certain search criteria together.
To have the above would make searching for specific ticket types or people or tasks… much easier and give the ability to also search on tickets / tasks assigned to your group OR assigned to you. As a ticket may not be assigned to your group but directly assigned to you so is part of your workload and vice versa. So having the ability to search with an OR filter and build a more accurate search criteria would be highly beneficial.
