It would be incredibly helpful for my team to be able to search our folders of canned responses. We have hundreds of them, and right now, we have to maintain a catalog in a spreadsheet so we can search for specific ones when we need to make edits to them.

+1I agree it would be very usefull
We found them easily from the ticket
If you click the canned responses icon, then search a key word, you will see in wich folder it is.
But it not as easy as a search features :) Good idea!
