Search tickets by custom dates (received, replied etc)

It would be great if you could search for tickets based on a date range....for example all tickets I replied to between 24/9/12 and 28/9/12.

Hopefully "Elastic Search " will help make searching more intuitive.

All our hands are busy working on the Elastic Search. Running some performance testing to make sure it conforms to the expected standards. 


Will definitely update 2-3 weeks prior the release.

With the filtered search for tickets, you'd now be able to locate tickets easily by using the ticket field filters on the search results. You'll be able to use all the filters that you get to see on the ticket list page.
