Is it possible to have search results from attached pdf files (OCR) when agents search in tickets?
We receive orders etc. where all information is contained within the PDF and we need to search for serial numbers within the pdfs.
I have found another topic almostr tidentical, but searching the knowledge base: "Search in PDF documents attached to solutions"
But it has no solutions

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to show search results from within the PDFs attached to tickets or solutions.
However, I understand your reasoning for this and agree that it's a legit use-case. I'm sharing your feedback with the product team to see if we can implement this in the product.
+1We’re in a similar situation. PDF and general attachment search functionality would be huge. Up Vote.
