The search function is great for agents, but why isn't this also a simple solution offered within admin/canned responses where we see ALL canned responses and have to manually scroll through the pages. Seems like an oversight to me, can this be added?

Searching canned responses is only available in an open ticket. It is needed in the admin/canned response

+3YES! We have pages of canned responses. It does help to have them sorted into folders, but searching would make it so much easier to quickly find the one you need to make adjustments to.
Absolutely! Having lots of canned responses is great, especially when they're organized into folders. However, being able to search for them would make things even simpler. It'd be much easier to find the exact response you need to tweak or use in a hurry.
