It would be useful to be able to search by your customers.  We have over 100 contacts and it's hard to always locate people.

Hi Philippe - we had the same issue/request. In fact, we thought the search function was broken. I don't know if this will help in *your* case or not, but the answer for us is to search customers by their *email* address. (This also finds agents.) You can use partial info. In our case, all of our employee address are firstinitial+lastname@, so for my records, I'd search for "saff"...

Como ficou isso? Agora na versão MIND eles mudaram e não tem como nem filtrar mais pela letra.
