Searching for a ticket right away

For some reasons it is impossible to search a ticket right away. This is not very efficient for business practice. Can you please look into this?

Hello, I've tried to search for the SUBJECT of a ticket, but it's NOT showing up!

The Search architecture has been remodelled and we've made sure that the results show up as soon as you start typing in the keywords. Furthermore, we've also introduced filters on search results that lets you to drill down further in your quest for a specific ticket.
