I have SIM cards stored as assets.
I use the SIM card number as the asset tag.
All start with 000300.
In my old system, I would just search for the last few digits.
In FreshService, if I do that, no results are returned.
If I search for the 00030 I get all Sims, and if I type the whole number I get the single asset.
It would be very useful if I could search for any part of a string.
