We have a “secure e-mail” system called Deltagon that we use to send sensitive information to our customers and partners. Whenever we send an e-mail through our exchange environment and add the suffix “.s” it is sent to Deltagon and the recipient gets an e-mail with a link to a webpage on the Deltagon server where he/she can read the message.
This is an important functionality for us. Since we do not know if the recipient supports TLS encrypted e-mail we need to add an extra layer of security by using Deltagon.
It would be great if we could have this functionality in Freshdesk.
