See IP address in Freshchat

Hi,


Would it be possible to see the external IP address of someone when they send a chat through Freshchat?


Currently the location already comes up - I assume this is because the IP is matched to a town/city - is it possible for the IP to be displayed as well?

Recently we have had a user or competitor spam our freshchat with fake enquiries. This has really put a strain on our agents time and resources. Having a record of the IP address would allow us to identify a fake enquiry or in very serious cases report the IP address to the police.

It would also be good to have an ability to block specific IPs from accessing the chat.
