A guy called Chris Jones has a handle of @designguru. Why can't I see his name is Chris from within Freshdesk when answering his ticket?

Ahewson - Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to see the name of the person right now. But, we can take this up, though I do not have an ETA. Meanwhile, do try out our Social tab - you can view the whole twitter profile of the person tweeting, and can respond to them right there, even for tweets that are converted to tickets.

Ahewson - This is now available, you will be able to see the name of the user in twitter tickets :)
