Freshdesk should allow their customers to set the trigger level for the auto-renewal of Freshbot session, especially as any unused bot sessions are not carried over to the new billing cycle, which is quite frankly daylight robbery. The billing cycle should have nothing to do with add-on credits which should carry over until used.
Without those controls ourselves we stand the chance of buying sessions long before we need to, and also the chance of buying 1000 credits shortly before the billing cycle renews and losing most of them.
