Please send Send "Employee Onboarding" E-Mails via the configured SMTP.
We have an SMTP configured in our FreshService Tenant, however, those E-Mails are sent via FreshService's own SMTP which causes those emails to be blocked by Office 365 / Phishing Policies.
I don't understand why they are not simply sent with our configured mailserver?!
