We currently use FS’ built CSAT facility. Our return rate is less that 8%, ideally I would want 20%.
One option I was hoping to use was send the communication via Slack as well as via email. BUT the placeholder for the Survey is not listed under workflow.
Please make sending links via alternative methods an option
