Email notification when PO is created and set to open status (not moved to Ordered Status yet). This way the Agent (usually not the one that created it) that is looking and working at the invoicing knows a new one is created. Also that the Agent (not the one who created it) can edit the order if tax is wrong. Or a way to be able to modify taxes and amounts past the “Open” status.
