Does Freshdesk plan to add a feature for users & agents to send attachments/files to chat the help desk platform?

Freshchat has replaced the traditional live chat as the new messaging experience in Freshdesk. It offers a lot more features and a rich UI and also integrated with Freshdesk. Freshchat allows you to send & receive files in the chat conversation.
