The new “Freshworks Dew” UI for agents it lets us “pick a custom color”. I got the hex code for the dark blue color used in our marketing materials and put it in as the custom color. Using light mode it turns into a washed out light blue. When using dark mode its closer to the color I configured.
So maybe let us pick separate colors for each mode? Or just use the inputted color? It feels a bit silly to let us input specific hex codes and then ignore them.
