We have 8 different Business Hours due to Agent’s different schedules. We currently have to edit each Business Hour record to set the holidays. It would be easier to set the Holidays separately and then point the Business Hours record to the Holidays to use for that set of Business Hours.

Don’t you need to recreate them every year anyway? Most holiday’s in Sweden are not on a fixed date.

In the USA there is a mix. Here are some examples of fixed date holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
- Independence Day (Jul 4)
- Veterans Day (Nov 11)
- Christmas Day (Dec 25)
With this, In some years, if the holiday is close to the weekend, such as falling on a Thursday there might also be a “Day after Christmas” or “Day After New Year” that could be designated as an additional closure date.
