A service catalog form that includes additional items requires you to select a checkbox next to each item you are requesting.
If a user does not select the checkbox but does fill in some of the information, none of the information gets included into the Fresh Service ticket. Each time this happens, we have to go back and ask the user for the missing information.
It would be nice if the form had validation where if the user started filling out some of the information within the additional item and did not select the corresponding checkbox, the form would let them know additional information or a checkbox selection is required to proceed.
