I have the case where I need a custom field on the Service Categories.
I want to safe one more custom string field which would be used to store custom data.
Would be amazing if I can create a new field rather than we currently have only “Category Name” and “Description” fields on the Service Catalog(parent level- Service Category). It now supports only managing the Service items form. But in my case, I want to use this additional field as an id connection to the 3rd party app, so I can manage the catalog names only in FreshService. Now I need to make modifications in the DB which is not in FreshService, and makes the process complicated. I want to store some field as a connection to my 3rd party app.
