Service Catalog page label

Allow customization of the default action button on the Service Catalog page. Currently, the default option is "Request" (Place Request). It would be beneficial to have the ability to change this default option to "Submit" or another preferred label. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility and align the button's text with the terminology used by our organization, improving the user experience and clarity when submitting catalog items.
