we need this too. with multi departments on-boarded they all want their own categories and subcategories
Hi yes this would be helpful to us also having the ability to have further subfolders in the solutions as you only have categories (which you can’t hide) and one level of folders.
Please add sub-categories for service items! They work great for solutions, but the services are hard to organize without multiple levels of folders.
