Hello,
there is a single line text field and a multi line text field for service catalog items.
For Ticket fields the description filed is a WYSIWYG editor field.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a wysiwyg field for service element, where the requester could add formatted text and or some pictures like error message screenshots etc.?
