The ability to create Collapsible section within a Service Item or Incident screen. Giving it a header so you can say that this whole section needs to display in certain conditions and you do not have to section things off with both a line break and a content field, then having to create a rule and remember to add both those fields.
This also makes it tidier for the customer and they can collapse sections when they have done it so shrink the screen to only show the fields they are working on and only see relevant fields they are working on. Makes the form more organised.
