Wish list!
Multi select boxes - Ability to select more than one tick box in a list of choices, would be even better with a dynamic section
Labels and headings - to give a more detailed description of a field and to split requests into sections to improve readability
Add tabs or pages for long request types
Field validation - ability to add an email address or url and validate
Add a dynamic section to a check box
Nest a dynamic section within a dynamic section
Ability to limit request types to agents or agent groups only - requests can be limited to a requester group but not an agent group.
