We are encountering increasing difficulties in customizing our Requestors and Subjects within our automations. As our instance of Freshservice has expanded and the number of administrators has grown, having simple fields available in the workflow is essential. Without these fields, less experienced super users must rely on Web Hooks or API, which they are not comfortable editing or should be expected to use.
Could you please add the fields for Requestors and Subjects to the default fields in the workflow automator, allowing them to be set accordingly?
