Set default value for Time Entry field

We have Time Entry required as a Closure Rule in our workspace, but would like to set a ‘default value’ that assumes all tickets take at least a set amount of time, i.e. 2 minutes, for ticket creation since you can’t start the time tracking during Ticket Entry. 

We also would like to have the ability to perform ‘first call resolution’ on tickets from the Ticket Entry field.

I’ve searched a lot but haven’t found a way to pre-populate or make a ‘default value’ in the Time Entry field. In fact, Time Entry doesn’t exist in Business Rules or Automations at all.

Is this possible? Are others using the built in Time Entry in Freshservice or is everyone else using third-party apps to track time?
