It would be usefull if we can set reminder a ticket on specific time. The notification when the reminder arrived is the ticket will be reassign

    Could you confirm if you want the ticket to get automatically reassigned at the time you’ve set a reminder or if it’s just enough to send a reminder at a specific time reminding the agent that the ticket needs to be reassigned?
