I’m sick of writing articles (KA), knowing that these articles already have been written:
Solution 1: FreshService if offing a bunch of standard KA for topics like: Office, SAP, Windows …
Solution 2: We as customer can share our knowledge articles with the public. Other customers of FreshService can copy the KA into their environment in the actual shared version.
This would push the Knowledge Management to the next level.
FreshWorks could think of a benefit program for customers that shared a lot of downloaded knowledge articles.
Would be great!
